Hi,
I think FAST (Fear,Adrenaline,Stress,Training) Defence has just started in the UK.Has anyone been tried it out (UK/USA) & if so what did you think? Getting to use fullpower strikes on the "Bulletman" looks great! Cheers Jez. |

I don't know much about it just what I read in M.A.I.
It sounds a bit like Geoff Thompsons 'Animal Day' pressure testing. I managed to find this link http://www.fastdefense.com/ Am from & train in 'Sunny' Brighton. Cheers Jez |

I have done it.
If you haven't done any adrenal training, I think it is a great way to "get your feet wet". Just don't be surprised if you get more useful skill out of a single adrenal bases scenario class than years of more traditional training. It really "feels" like a fight. Enjoy!

Is there a syle or is it as i presume, based on positive use of the adrenalin rush, which is what most good fighters do naturally. Come on spill the beans..... |
