![]() | What I wanna know is...does he stand a chance?? I mean we've (well I've) only heard about his very short fight in Pride and from that ..all I know is that he did a nice take-down and he showed us he had some fast hands. What do you think of his skills? From what you've seen of him... Can he beat Sak??

![]() | Renzo said that Ryan is the combination of himself and Ralph! Believe me, Ryan can fight. He'll beat Sak and prove once again that the Gracies are the boss in NHB. Just wait and see. |

![]() | he's had one pro fight, and completely destroyed his opponent, and I mean destroyed. keep in mind he's had a TON of streetfights in brazil, so this is not some sport guy trying to learn NHB. he's possibly more aggressive than ralph and renzo, but I see one problem, I think he's going to get too crazy and gas out. |

![]() | oh yeah, not too mention is probably the meanest gracie out there, have you heard of the ear biting incident in brazil? if you've seen that fight, ryan seems to be slightly insane... maybe he's going to look into hurting sak if the chance arises? |

![]() | Do not underestimate the Gracies. They know what it takes to win the fight more than anyone in the world. That's why no one has ever beaten the Gracie convincingly. Ryan's experience will not be a problem, he knows what the fight is all about and he is confident in himself. He will be prepared and he'll win. |

![]() | I feel that Ryan definitely has that "aggressive edge", but it's that same edge that'll probably cause him to "wig" and gas out. I know Ryan has the skills to do very well. Hell, he survived a 10 minute sport match without getting submitted against one of the top BJJ sport players in the world... Amaury Bitteti. The only thing I have NO knowledge of is his stamina and if he'll be able to keep his cool and fight smart, because I don't see Sak losing to a Vitor-type barage of punches... Sak is too smart and skilled for that. I'm eagerly looking forward to this fight. Hmmmmm.. another Japan trip for me??? Nah, but if Rickson were fighting Sak, then maybe... (hehehe) Just my $.02... and barely $.02 at that! (lol) Karl |

| I think Karlinhos is right about questioning Ryan's stamina, Ryan look a little tiered after throwing his last punch in his barrage of punches at pride. But then he looked all fired up when he celebrated??? When Ryan was asked about his fight game for sak he said that in the street, he does not have a game and that when he steps in the ring with sak its "KILL OR BE KILLED!". I think Ryan will have lots of energy in the ring. It will be a great fight. |

| Advanced | I dont believe that Sak can tap Ryan.He is not like Renzo who from what I saw, patiently waited on top of Saks back.If that would have been Ryan, there woulda been a helluva lot of punches. All that Ryan has to do is hit Sak with 1 punch. If he dazes Sak,it's over for the pro wrestler.Once Sak is dazed punches are going to be coming out of the wood-work. It looks like Ryan punches VERY accuratly. He is no Igor, but good enough to get the 1-2-3.Sakaraba cant submit him(But I also said that about Renzo too and look what happend to him,This time I'll try not to jinx this Gracie ) but I think he can knock him out if Ryan gasses.I give Ryan 60-40 odds because he Ryan is green. My 8-ball gives Ryan the win though

![]() | I'd have to disagree there M.A. If Igor cant KO him, I dont think there is a chance that Ryan would be able to. And of all the people that Ryan has fought on the street, I dont think he would be able to let lose a barrage of punches on Sak. |

![]() | "He'll beat Sak and prove once again that the Gracies are the boss in NHB. Just wait and see." Hmm, so if Ryan by some Miracle does beat Sak it will mean the gracies are boss again even though Sak has already beaten THREE of them? "That's why no one has ever beaten the Gracie convincingly." Renzo had a joint popped out and Royce threw in the towel, yes, very uncovincing. "I know Ryan has the skills to do very well. Hell, he survived a 10 minute sport match without getting submitted against one of the top BJJ sport players in the world... Amaury Bitteti." The same Amaury Bittiti who has had his ass handed to him in every NHB fight he has been in? "All that Ryan has to do is hit Sak with 1 punch. If he dazes Sak,it's over for the pro wrestler." Yes, little Ryan's one punch will daze Sak even though Vov, Vitor or anyone else hasn't been able to daze him. "It looks like Ryan punches VERY accuratly." Watch his fight again, most of his punched just hit nothing, he punches like a kid throwing a tantrum. |

![]() | Vitor29 - you shouldn't have even bothered trying to make my statement sound like a "worshipper"... [q]"I know Ryan has the skills to do very well. If you NOTICED I only mentioned "sport" TWICE in the same breath. Uhhhhhh.. maybe I was talking about Sport JJ and ONLY sport???? Sorry, I'm just feeling a bit defensive about what I thought was a carefully thought out post (lol). |
