Default speed and power development

hi guys,

Ive just started doing a MA and im interested in further developing my speed and power. Do any of you guys use medicine balls, small weights ect? some advice please. Also, if anyone could direct me to a site,book or video on the subject i would be grateful.

amazon.com has everything you need. get a speed bag for speed training just an example.

If you want to develop 'Speed' and 'Power' first you must develop proper body mechanics that support proper technique.

There are no quick fixes, no shortcuts, no easy paths.

Bruce found away.

Do high reps and less weight when weight lifting.

Also tri experiments on yourself like seeing how many punches and kicks you can do in 15 seconds.

And research on "Fast Twitch Muscle Fibres" for that they give more explosive attacks.
