You still have not answered me Paul.....what is your weight? how big are your arms, chest, etc.

You are not answering me and I am begining to think you don't want to answer. I am guessing that you are probably abou 150-160lbs. and bench about 150lbs......maybe

Well, seeing that you are not answering back I take it I hit a nerve. Could it be that you are maybe 80lbs. soaking wet and can only bench 50lbs.

Do you still think you can take me? The only problem is you aren't going to be able to find one MA out of all the ones you say you take that is going to help you once I get one good lick in......lol

Come on man answer me back and tell me how big you are.

Worse case scenario is 300lbs with a 50lb bench, like Homer J Simpson, DOH!

Falcon--there is a pic of him doing the Van Damme splits on his webpage (the link is on his profile). He does not lift 4-6 hours a day. In fact, no one who is not on steroids can lift 4-6 hours a day period (besides the fact that it would be counterproductive for anyone not on 'roids--don't cortisol levels spike after an hour or so of hard training and then you go catabolic??).

Making friends fast Paul. Keep it up.

Working out with weights for more than an hour hard can really get your lactic acid too high and cause some pretty severe pain . Not doing proper exercises will have the same effect though. If someone was to work out 4-6hrs. a day everyday they would just waste away because all their muscles would break down from the stress.

If you want to get big and strong........rest is probably the most important thing!!!!!!!

I went to the guys website.......it's empty.......there are no pics in the gallery, no movies in the movies, no audio in the audio.......all I saw was a thumbnail of him doing a split over some chairs. He looks like a worm to me.

Yeah i think the reason he hasnt been answering is because he has been too busy removing all his pics in case someone on here sees one.

Listen Paul, i think you are exaggerating a little, why not be a bit more realistic and tell us what you really do. You need to be qualified and licensed to be a stuntman in the UK so where did you do your training?

And paul, your advice is welcome but lets be realistic please. And your profile, when they say the martial arts you trained in, it doesen't mean the ones you tried for 2 days then quit, they mean the ones you actually spend time on.

you dic robert. I said i don't lift 4-6 hours a day. My training is dominated with fighting. Fighting is far more important than weight training.
