Default I replied about the forarms thing and I have a artical on abbs:

Well you can’t direct bulking to one place. You can though perform exercises to build muscle there.

I have pretty big forearms and I only train them twice a week.

This is what I do:

Forearm curls
Forearm twists
........................
You will also use you forearms when using the EZ bar.
.........................
I will post some pictures so you can see what I mean.

What I like to do is forearm twist. You would have like a stick that would have a rope on it tied to a weight and you just hold your arms out and twist it all the way up and then all the way down with you wrist. I also do alot of twist on my bicep exercises. When you do a curl get a little twist in there and you are working out the forearms at the same time.

Paul is a teen boy. If Paul post pictures of himself then Paul is posting pictures of teen boys.

Paul has a picture of himself on his website doing the Van Damme split--I had anticipated this, but its still very scary for it to be confirmed. Tells you a lot, and I don't just mean that he's flexible.
