Have you tried going into the boxsplit position & from here try to squeeze/push your legs towards each other for 10 secs then as you relax the leg muscles the split will go a little lower, do between 5-10 reps then change to different exercice then come back to it again & see the results.

i recovered from a groin injury about a week ago, and now i cant even strech my legs past 90 degrees...any help would be great
