Default Fighting in a group/with a friend

Instead of thinking about situations where you get attacked by more than one person, what about a situatiuon where there are people fighting WITH you (rather than against)?

What would you do if someone attacked you and you were with a friend who also did MA and who you knew would join in? What kind of moves/tactics would you use? Especialy if you had a friend who had completely different skills to you eg. You are good at striking and takedowns but they are better at submissions.

What about 2 on 2, 2 on3, 3 on 2?

Do any martial arts have moves performed by two people (apart from the double team moves found in pro wrestling)?

if i had a friend with me and we were fighting one guy, i would get our opppnets attention while my friend snuck around behind. my friend would get on all fours behind him and i would push my opponet and make him trip. I learned it in grade school, a to this day it is still funny as s**t.
