hmm.. when you are resisting an armbar.. and the opponent is trying all he can.. and then the sweat makes you let go, very fast.. it HURTS LIKE HELL...

Ok another one
Oh the pain of having no ligaments(or is tendon the right word?) to protect the knuckles of the first two fingers because you hit a solid object in anger couldn't hit something for months Learned me never to hit a ATM because it is switched off New Years eve
