Hi I am a new white belt in BJJ and grappling in general and I am looking for some great instructional DVD. I saw the BJJ.org site and it was promoting some Mario Sperry videos. Are they good and worth it? What other ones would you recommend? Thanks!

M Sperry is the best by far. If you really want to improve your game at home than shell out the cash.
