I've started keeping a diary of all my fighting sessions at the school. I been doing it since June 2003. I am doing it in hopes of seeing where to improve and how I have progressed. If nothing else, at least it'll be good memories. Anyone else keep a fight diary?

I keep a training diary including anything I do to do with martial arts and exercise.
