Myself included.

We have all been wasting our time over the years learning the in's and out's of MT, BJJ, Jeet Kune Do etc. What we should have been doing was taking expert instruction from this great man who i'll quote below.

This was a serious post made on another MA forum I found !!

No, because when you defeat the leader, you become the new leader by way of combat succession.

Something like that yes. Though you'd be lucky to last 30 seconds. I've had 1 on 1 fights last aboput 5 seconds, 5 on 1 and your finished before you can say Hospitalised

I actually ascended into the leadership position of a very powerful gang precisely this way once. I was walking through a dangerous neighborhood in Bedford-Stuy and a gang of 12 youths accosted me. The leader of the gang was obvious to me so I directed the counterattack at him. First I let out a ferocious warcry, then I got him into a headlock and proceeded to pummel him. The other gang members looked at my fearlessness in awe, afraid to even breathe. After the leader was vanquished they declared me his successor. I was flattered by their respect but decided to turn the offer down and let their second in command assume the role of leader.
