As anyone with knowledge of martial arts knows, the difference between the Gracies and Bruce Lee is that the Gracies actually competed and proved themselves to be great martial artists whereas Lee did not.

True, but the it is not likely that one stricker would be able to get highkicks into experienced MMAers like Rion and Royce. It's not "Gracie worship", it's thinking "how likely is it for somone to knock two MMAers with kicks to the head one after another?"

who said anything about High kicks? Many of the top masters of Songahm TKD trained in Brazil with the Gracies. Originally before the Gracies started opening schools they were planning to integrate with songahm tkd. But they (songahm tkd and Gracies) to go their separate ways. However Songahm still contains ground fighting based on Gracie JJ.

It is by no means impossible. Kimo hurt Gracie in the UFC. Kimo studdied TKD. Kimo was not that good.

Chuck norris studied Tang Soo Do, He studies with the Machados. But he is old.

Sorry, i thought that i saw "high kick" in there somewhere . But the fact remains that it is highly unlikely (not impossibe) that an unknown martial artists without MMA expreience would be able to knock two MMA fighters around. (and pretty good ones at that).

man, why are the Gracie's always "guilty until proven innocent" on these forums? ffs, you know the name for a reason. It reminds me of Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, where they go around and find all the kids who were posting shit about them on internet forums.

How about this:

Rickson Gracie vs. Bruce Lee vs. HURRICANE DITKA!!!!!!!!!!!

Chuck Norris went to Helio's 90th birthday party.

I don't know how that plays into the argument... I just thought I'd add it in...

With his accomplishments Chuck Norris has nothing to prove...nuff said. As for the TKD guy....LOL....they can't fight. But, that does not mean that a TKD can't keep his distance and kick the crap out of a Gracie. It is highly unlikely.
