Unhappy Uh oh.

Just to make sure we don't miss the forrest for the trees, does it frighten anyone else to think that the outcome of an election could be in the hands of a court?

We have a check and balance system for a reason. Once the legistlative branch certifies, it's over. If your guy wins or not, protect the principle. To have the judicial branch now involved in the outcome of an election is (to me) a horrifying thought.

I'm far from a conspiracy theorist. I don't think there is some bit plot behind this, but if this precident doesn't frighten you, it should.

Unhappy

What really scares me is that George w as president could be ushering in the end of time. There is reason to belive a small mostly unknow peice of prophecy that states "When a retarded goofball leads the eagle, the bear will rise up and beat it down simply cause". This is a rough translation at best.

as much as i agree that GW is a total dumbass,i'm not really concerned about gore's loss. GW isn't gonna be able to do shit because of gridlock in congress, and the republicans will lose seats in 2002 to make them the nminority...so just sit back and chill for a bit...enjoy life...no tax cuts...no compassionate conservatism...thank GOD!

I'm not a fan of either of them but I have a lot of money in the stock market and from what I've seen the market prefers bush.So I voted for Bush, also the fact that gore wants to rid the world of the internal combustion engine and with me being a big car and motorcycle fan that doesn't make me very happy,so I hope bush wins.

I agree with gore on a lot of things, I agree with him more than bush (enviorment, pro-choice, etc.) However, I voted for bush. I did this because I voted for what I though was best for this country, not for me. Our country needs a republican that with not f*ck around with criminals and terrorists. I like bush because he kills people. Unlike gore's "1-2-3 strikes you’re out".... So that a criminal can spent the rest of his/her life in jail, and take my tax money. With bush it's "1-2- your died" I save money.

Also what's up with Jessie Jackson Jr. saying that Clinton is "black". Does this mean that black men cheat on their wives and lie under oth?

And why is Demarcates saying that Jessie Jackson is the voice of the people? How can he call himself a "rev." when he can't even speak correct English? He's not my voice.

At first I didn't really care which one won, figuring they're about the same anyway, but after that speech Gore made the other nite I want Bush to win now. I mean it's one think to think were all stupid, and the voters in Florida did a good job showing it, but it is another thing to talk to us like were idoits. Gore is simply being a big baby now, what three recounts so far, and an extended deadline?!? WTF, whatever. BTW, Gaddafi made the suggestion that both should be allowed to share the Presidency to spare the United States civil war.

Quote:
The sticky problem the U.S. presidential election is facing might prompt a civil war in America, Gaddafi said.
A solution to prevent an American civil war is that the two candidates share power.
I thought it was kinda funny, makes you think too...

Ed

To put it simply Bush is an idiot, Draft dodger, drug addict, acoholic. Yes he kills people. Some guilty some not. For a Christian its a pretty strange tag to be the guy who kills the most eh? So Clinton got a few blow jobs. Good for him. It broke up his 14 hour work days. Reagan was asleep the whole time and George W's dad was jet boating most of the time except when he failed to take care of buisness in the middle east. And dude just because you have a lot of money in the market and the market "likes" Bush you voted for him. Typical American i, me, mine attitude. Democrocy at its best. The key component of the word democrocy is "mock". So well have the only guy in the world that Dan Quail can out debate, a vice president who's a facsist with a bad heart. God bless the usa...

jshbcool - i guess you haven't actually seen the costs of executing someone...executing someone costs about ten times more than imprisoning them for life.

civil war? i don't think so! too many people have too much to lose!

also, i want to send dick cheney a 20lb. assortment pack of bacon for XMAS!!! yumm!!!!

Whichever side your rooting for, you should probably hope they LOSE this election. They will be facing gridlock. They will be ineffective lame ducks. They will be seen to have stolen the election by about half of the people. The winner’s party will loose big time four years from now when the shit comes down from what a crappy four years it has been.

If either one of these idiots were smart they would step up to a podium (with 12 dozen American flags behind it) and basically say:

“I am not ready to induce a potential constitutional crisis in this country to claim my rightful victory. As a true patriotic American (cue the national anthem) I value the welfare of this country far more than my own potential presidency. In keeping with this patriotism I am willing here and now, at great personal sacrifice, to step down and let my opponent have the presidency. (Release the doves) It is time to put our petty differences aside and pull together to keep America strong and productive!!” (Release the red white and blue balloons)

In four years they’d declare him God, his party would take majority in both House and Senate. They would name bridges, streets, aircraft carriers and space shuttles after him.

I’m a ****ing genius.
