Saw a sneak preview last night.... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
OFF the hook! if you see only one movie this year, see that one, if you see two movies this year see it again!

The action sequences are awesome, single and double swordplay staff, bokken, traditonal japanese juijitsu, cranks, locks, throws, even an ankle lock awesome!!!!!!!

Also, I just twigged on some the apparent parallels between "Last Samurai" and the old mini-series "Shogun", you know...feudal Japan, samurais, Tom Cruise, Richard Chamberlain...not that there's anything wrong with that...

As I explain to my son after he kisses his mom and then refuses to give me a kiss (he's almost 2). "Boys should not be kissing boys."

He knows this instinctively.

However, girls can kiss anyone they want!

But you have to admit, for being only 4'9" tall, Tom Cruise is the bomb!

Well hey, you know...I'm latin latin - smooth as satin... Hispanics, Eyetalians and lotsa other ethnicities where the men are truly Macho are always kissing on each other. I kiss my 84 year old father (my very first MA instructor), I kiss both my sons, and they all kiss me. But not on the lips! Everybody else just gets a hug with a pounding on the back.

So yeah, I kiss men. 'Samatta, yuh insecure 'bout yer manhood or sumthin'?

I heard lots about that movie sucked, maybe its because they used Tom Cruise ? But I dunno I can't say cause I haven't seen it yet
