Did it add to your personality? Did it change your view of things?
What made you consider your system? What made you interested in the arts/self defense? Anyone is welcome to answer as long as your interested. It doesn't matter whether you're a current martial art practioner or someone who's still looking for a system! |

MArtial arts has improved my control of my body, my awareness of movement, stiff like that (kinesthetic ability), it's provided excersise, enjoyment. Also Judo gave me good grappling skills.
I'd say that martial arts made me more confident but there's too many variables to be sure.
