Instructional Video - Nunchaku Freestyle
There is a great new instructional video for nunchucks (Nunchaku) at www.nandargroup.com/Streetwise.htm that teaches you all the blocks, striking, dragging, hand spins etc.. The video includes basic and freestyle techniques including a special edition on how to build custom made nunchucks to fit your build and hand size. It also talks about the different cords vs nylon and chains. It was just released and filmed this year. Check it out.
