I am. I've actually looked EVP up and it's quite an interesting phenomenon.

EVP has been comprehensively debunked by CSICOP and James Randi, amongst others. Put no stock in such claims.
Should be a good thrilling movie, though.

scratch that....this pg-13 horror movie gimick is done for, bro. All these movies out now is straight garbage. Don't waste you're money on this show, I did, and now I want not only my money back, but the two hours that thing took out of my life...valuable time I could have spent playing videogames, or ingesting cleaning aides...that's how bad it was...my time would have been better spent watching paint dry or laying in a vat of carnivorous earwigs.

I wouldn't quite call that an "extensive debunking" (at least the CSICOP one, I didn't read the other). It is merely a close examination, stating that it may not be true, never did it say that it was not. It only offered different possibilities. Now "Intelligent Design "Theory", that has been extensively debunked, but the damn fundamentalists won't let it go...

At least please do read both articles. (In the case of JREF, more like a series of articles.)
You also need to understand that for EVP to be remotely even possible, the dead must have some thinking part of them that survives. This is the Cartesian fallacy at work. Once that's understood, the reason why EVP is impossible is unclear.
Now, ID and creationism... Well, better not get me strated on that nonsense...
