If you lived in a log cabin with a dirt floor... you might be a redneck.
If your nearest neighbor lives three miles away by the dirt road or a mile and a half as the crow flies, you might be a redneck. If the nearest electricity is more than a mile away from your home, you might be a redneck. If you pack water in buckets, you might be a redneck. If you cook in a kitchen stove heated with a firebox for wood fuel, you might be a redneck. From 1976 - 1981 I lived on the East fork of Cougar Creek. Two miles UP this very road...http://www.ghosttowns.com/states/wa/...oldtoroda.html Where in the heck is Cougar Creek? That's my home. Not now but some day I will go back there again... Ray Rodgers has some good pictures of the same area (north) of there... He lives on Turner Creek just north of Cougar creek. Both are tributaries to Toroda Creek. The nearest town is Wauconda,Wa. about ten miles away on State Hwy 20. http://www.rayrogers.com/property.htm
