My name's lacey, I use the screen name Sachet on the boards.

I post Martial Arts & Bodybuilding questions in several communities & include the responses in the 'Question of the Month' articles in the Ironlife eZine.
Since Defend.net has the eZine delivered here, I thought I'd see if some of you knowledgeable guys & gals would like to participate.
If not, no biggie.. you still get the eZine delivered for free
If there are alot of responses, I generally take the first few & put a link to the thread from your board into the question's article.
