the mma schools are your best bet. its more like a gym than a dojo, but a variety of martial arts are practiced there in a more informal setting, yet the training is very tough and u get out what u put in.
before i started training, i visited many schools in my area and almost all were mcdojos. its sad that many people are being misled and dont even know it. they dont even realize that the level of training they are recieving is nowere near what it should be. but, hey even thats better than not training at all. |
