Actually Mercury is still experimental. We think it has excellent potential as a covert delivery system for introducing Rays at never before attempted concentrations. We think it will have the same affect as 40-60 years of aluminum exposure.

This is still highly classified stuff so keep it under your hat.

yep Helio defeated the old hollow point bullet mercury delivery system with his bulletproof shield GJJ. So the new delivery systems are in testing...
