Does anyone here practice it? I do sprints thru some of the gorges in hawaii, very uneven and challenging terrain. I'm not so comfortable doing backflips off of heights though. ![]() My whole body was sweating just watching him. I downloaded it to my ipod to inspire me to get out of my rut.

![]() Built a little Clothes rack / Pull up bar. ![]() No more excuses for me not to do pull ups. My old best was 18 slow reps, I want to try to get to 30.
