Default what karate warm ups can i do before class myself?

please reply below so i know you seen this o.k.
can you help me out on the following
give real answers
1)what warm ups can i do by my self
2)any photo to look at for the warm up
3)any video to watch to help do warm ups
4)even for sparring warm ups

I always warm up with a thousand reverse punches and several hundred front stretch and side stretch kicks.

you should probably start by lightly jogging a mile or two and then do a lot of situps..

Since you asked what warm-ups you can do before class, it will be much more simple and less strenuous to ride a stationary bike or skip rope.

Its called a warm-up and not a workout.

yeah well a little workin out seems in order, as well...a fit individual is better able to perform his art...the art relies on the vessel....its usually the vessel's fault an art doesnt "work."

I agree, but we don't know if Mattbla has any pre-existing conditions. It may be better for him to start slow.

He could have asthma or unhealthy blood pressure. Best bet is to check with a physician before hand if he's going to begin a rigorous excercise program.
