Default Protest

To anyone who didn't see "The Ringer" with Johhny Knoxville. I went to see it with some friends and amazingly enough even though the movie was one retard joke that lasted 1 hour and 1/2.....

Nobody was outside protesting holding up signs or bitching.

Plus there were actual handicap (mentally) people in it. Lots it was about the gosh darn special olympics.

The media didn't even complain.

Now I'm sure Mat would like us to start talking about fatass camp again guys

Matbla, if people keep insulting you on this board why do you still go here? You'd think it's pretty evident that nobody wants you, so just goooooooo. Yakkity Yak, don't talk back.

Great Pics, mattbla!

Now, put one up that shows you holding a glass of water in front of the camera!!

You have a digital camera, right? You know how to attach pictures to your posts.

What's stopping you from showing us a picture of yourself holding a glass of water right now!!

Hummmmm, why not?

You do realize that if you were to post even one tiny picture of you holding a glass of water, that all of us would owe you one hell of an apology? Don't you want friends, Matt? Don't you want an apology? Would you like green eggs and ham? Do you want some insurance??

Thank you Matt...that's all anyone here has ever asked for.

I am sorry I doubted you.

Now, you will get honest answers to your questions.

Did you really think that people on this forum would just make fun of you for no reason? We did it because your posts were so bizarre, you just had to be a troll. Plus, someone else found pictures you had posted on another page, that belonged to someone else.

Matt, most of the people here love martial arts, and love talking about martial arts. I think most of the people here also honestly would like to help someone interested in martial arts, who has some difficulties in life. Once we know you are for real, and not just a troll, you will find a lot of good info here, and a lot of patient help with your questions.

Matt, you done a good thing. Thank you for finally putting this matter to rest.

Now, to answer your previous questions about being overweight:

Some people can eat all day, and never gain weight. Others are predisposed to gaining weight, and they may not even eat all that much food. The key is a pretty radical lifestyle change. 4-5 small meals a day, mostly grilled meat an a side dish of steamed vegetables. Tuna right out of the can is a good bet.

Then, you need to do 30 minutes of heart pounding exercise a day. I don;t mean like what you see women in the gym doing, where they are carrying on conversations. I mean, 30 minutes straight where you are out of breath, and your heart is beating strong.

For people who are overweight, running can be too hard on the joints. Swimming is a great way to work in a gravity friendly environment. If you start with 30 minutes of laps a day, after about 2-3 months you can start with jump rope. My trainer always has me do jump rope. You would be suprised how quick you are out of breath after doing this.

Weight loss will never be fast. How ever many years it took to pack the pounds on, it will take at least half that long to lose it.

After about a year, I think you can reasonably expect to lose 30 pounds. I know it is hard, but if you continue, and really have the heart and motivation for it, within a few years you will be lean and hard. By that time, your lifestyle may have changed for good, and clean living will become a habit.

But above all, don't fall for weighloss pills, magic diets, fads, or fat camps. Once you stop, the water weight you lost will come right back. What you need is a permanent lifestyle adjustment.

Matt Blake, you just need to do some serious roadwork and the pounds will melt off. And when I say "roadwork" I don't mean hitting the road to In N Out Burger.

And those pics are sikk... you are a frickin Warrior, I never doubted you... BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
