How much fortitude did it take for the guy driving the tank to not run him over? He probably had superiors screaming at him over the radio to squash that guy.

i agree, i give the tank driver props for respecting human life when he could have just rolled right over the guy.

Oh no, politically nothing changed. But at the time I was certain that I was watching the end of the Chinese Communist system. It seemed that the people were finally empowering themselves and taking control away from a totalitarian regime. I was wrong.
