I read one of those books a number ofyears ago and may have red the rules too. Sorr I haven't been writing in lately guys but hte little woman is all I spend my time on now. As for women don't be a dor matt and respect youself and your boundries but at the same time I heard being appreciative goes along way with guys don't just expect things then it becomes obligation and the guy is just going along to get along. As for guy detirmine what kind of woman you want nad what type of relationship too before you start looking time is not infanite know what kind of woman you want and go out and find her. make sur you have the same values and beliefs or it's no go situation. find someone that, loves you for you no matter what that's what everyone is really looking for anyway in the long run. most peole over 25 know what red flags they have so I you see that take caution.

Garland, I read the excerpts from the rules you posted. The rules pretty much teach women how to end what could be a decent relationship and or crush the "nice-guy" qualities that women complain men don't have during their Lady's nights.

Its self-defeating and probably accelerates the mid-life crisis, where fellas with some money realize they can hit it with attractive 21-year old girls with no commitment.

Its sad.

Holy smokes. You've got to be kidding me. If women think that acting like deranged premenstual Paris Hilton Barbie clones is how to attract and keep a man, then it's no wonder the dating scene here in the U.S. is so f'ed up. I mean, sure, don't act like a cheap slut. But the ridiculous mind-games are totally unhelpful and won't get you anywhere with any man who isn't a sociopath himself.

Go to Geneva Switzerland. Look around. What do you see? All around you, young men and women blissfully enjoying each other's company in one of the most beautiful and underrated cities in the world. It actually gets to be annoying after a while. You almost start wishing you'd see a couple getting on each other's nerves or playing stupid ego games with each other, just for once.

It's actually a good comedic book. Someone brought it to my women's group as a joke once. My favorite part was when it says, "Do not tell your therapist about the rules." Of course not, because then she would call you on your bullshit manipulative behavior.
