You have to check this mess out! These cats hang out at a local train station every saturday night. I have watched them with morbid curiosity for a while. Some of them are "star wars", some "braveheart", some "interview with the vampire". Anyway, they use Shinai, and weakly and unproffesionally lightly tap one another with no technique. I doubt any one of them has ever checked out Kendo, Iaiado, aikido or Bunjikan, which all use real sword techniques. These guys are a total joke. What amazes me is the utter seriousness they exhibit. They really believe this crap!! There are a lot of guys that look just like the guy in the cape getting married. it's ridiculous. Please join me in making fun of them! (the gallery is hilarious-check it out!)

Here are some great pictures of thier "battles". You will note that some of these clanks are holding thier arms behind thier back-it's thier "honor" system, indicating they took a sword blow to the arm, and are now maimed. (Of course, I don't know how 'maimed' a person can really be when he has been lightly tapped by some dungeons and dragons geek with no martial arts training.....)

man, catholic school was so messed up. the people i met there were like, unbelievably extreme in their actions and personalities.

Yeah.... yeah. A guy you used to know..... Yeah. I heard he went onto marry a drongo in some fooked up ceremony with plastic swords, and now spends his time telling people that aliens have landed.

I am not a big fan of laws that prohibit cell phones while driving or smoking on the beach..

But can we please make a law against anyone not actually from Scotland or Ireland being allowed to wear a kilt??

Looks like the "Swordfighting" variant of Backyard Wrestling as in it is utter BS but the people doing it take it very seriously

Whats wrong if a guy wants to do his wedding in camolot way

He didn;t invite you niether did he want his pcts on display
or does he need any of our permission to have a camalot wedding.

Who knows maybe the girl wanted to have one in that way.
Ok its weird but who are we to judge , if he wants one so be it !

well, the guy put his pictures up on myspace for everyone to see. he put his own pics up on display on the internet, so obviously he didnt have a problem with people seeing them.
