i wouldnt want to train at any ufc or tapout, big name gym at all either.

many of these guys are not there to learn, they are there to prove something or to ride the fad and thoroughly fornicate with it. when chuck liddel was the champion, i swear to god there was like 5 different people sporting the same kind of short, wide mohawk chuck always does LOL......

so many people train just to look sexy or tough, its fucking lame. i would NEVER train at a dojo that threw parties LOL. fck that. you wanna party, go party somewhere else. the dojo/gym is for serious training.

The thai boxing gym i go to celebrate peoples birthdays.
If our instructor finds out its someones birthday he points it out to the whole class and we get double the circuit training.
Needless to say birthdays are not welcome events at the gym.
