i use shin guard, the same ones you have it looks like, i dont use head gaurd because i feel it restricts my vision too much and i end up getting hit more and i dont use a chest protector, i dont really see much point in chest protectors personally, but people should use them if it makes them more comfortable sparring.
and i have a gum shield/mouth piece, whatever you like to call it, and of course boxing gloves.

i get my gloves and things in thailand, you wont be able to go to the shop i go to obviously but the make i use is TWINS for gloves, gum shield i use shock doctor from the uk, dont know if it exists in the states, i think any reasonable mouth gaurd is fine, i use a single not a double but again if you like a double then fine, it doesnt matter that much as long as its of good quality.

all my stuff is from shops not from websites im afraid and most of it from thailand.

if your gloves are comfortable then they are fine, i dont really know much about the double mouth guards as ive never used them, maybe someone else has?
chest guards i dont use either, is there a common or standard make for TKD that everyone uses, thats probably your best bet. regarding the mouth guard, just dont get the cheapest, its worth spending a little extra on the mouth gaurd.
