Saturday morning I got up early to do three hours of tutoring. Then at night I went to a black belt party (I brought He'brew: The Chosen Ale), followed by a friend's going away party, and then was done partying in time to go watch Elite XC. It was a fun action-packed Saturday.

Saturday, I stayed home all day and worked on the Heavy bag. I did a thousand kicks in about 75 minutes. Saturday night watched all the fights on elite XC. Monday is a holiday for me and I'll probably do some cardio at the track and maybe some more work on the heavy bag.
