If you ever got caught in a street fight that lasted over a minute or so, say with multiple attackers and most likely others on your side too, you'd probably be huffing and puffing really quickly unless you have done your training in that kind of zone, in order to maintain 100& alertness and responsiveness.
Do you spend enough time really conditioning and brining out your fitness levels so you can make your system work for you?
Do you think that people that dont rate the fitness aspect are more often than not hobby martial artists that enjoy training but dont really take the self defense or sport aspect of a system seriously?
