Here it is guys - he is kicking some guy in the butt - this guy kicks butt! Man, talk about concentrating on the finger! Still, I gotta wonder what the heck work out this is, was the guy constipated and the other guy was trying to help him loosen up or something? Tell ya what - those of you who failed the obvious can redeem yourselves by coming up with an explanation of what's going on that's as strange as that work out - see who kicks butt at it best - LOL! i liked it but hands not up and need to rotate better

i did karate got to yellow belt i do tkd now and as of two weeks agao i got yellow belt i started tkd in feburady 07 in march 08 i test for orange belt |
