new thread for matt to put his training log
this topic is to put my training logs
today is 5-18-08 i did 61 mins on tread mill with sauna suit below 2.1 to 2.5 speed with incline of 2.5 and i am sorry still can not post photo here from matt blake

i did karate got to yellow belt i do tkd now and as of two weeks agao i got yellow belt i started tkd in feburady 07 in march 08 i test for orange belt |

although i cannot send any weights to you over the computer, i can recommend that you save some money and mabye order yourself a decent weight set from a reliable website and have it delivered to you. you can buy decent ones for decent prices.
