Get control over your Spirit, no one is forcing that food down your mouth. How many pounds have you put on, and how long have you been away from training?

Don't be ridiculous, ghosts can't ingest sugary/fattening, let alone edible, solids. Troll!!!

j/k, best of luck with losing the weight. I suggest pushups, as a I hear that they supercharge your metabolism.

Hey Ghost,

Wondered where you'd been, is everything OK mate?

I know you know what to do to get that weight off, should take no time at all.

Speaking of weight, that diet your outlined for me a few months ago, has been doing a sound job. I haven't been able to incorporate all of it, but the key concepts certainly. I've put on about 11lb of mass, which for someone else may mean jack, but you know my frame, and I can really feel the benefit. I'll keep going, cheers mate.

Hope all is well

Hope you doing well glad the basics of the diet helped, its just to get the idea over to you, so its obviously working. nice one.

Good luck, Ghost.

If you run from the train/bus station to your destinations you'll sweat off the pounds in no time. Take the stairs instead of the elevators. Do a light workout before your lunch break etc.

Stay away from fast food and sodas, start ratcheting up the amount of roadwork you do.

I feel ya, man. For the past couple weeks I put my training on hiatus (got bored with it, which is a terrible reason, but meh), and now that I have picked up running and bag work again, I'm amazed at how much it's killed my endurance (even though I'm still the lightest weight I've been in years, I used to be able to go for 6 or 7 2-min rounds at a time on my 70lb bag, now I seem to get winded just walking down stairs to it...). I can't imagine working off 6 months...

My deepest sympathies...
