I've had trouble loading pictures here too MB.
Try to load them on PHOTOBUCKET first and then just paste the IMG link. Works for me.

In fairness Matt, that is a pretty funny picture, and certainly in my case its probably true....well only if those guys work around the clock.
Like TT says its pretty easy, just click on the mountain icon and paste the pic you want to put on here. In memory of DH, here is one of me in a bar, probably drinking a Newcastle.... and trying to look mean  :

 Is this a better pic? If you go advanced, look at the icons at the top of your post, see youtube, and google? Look to their left. See the yellow icon with the mountain? That's the one, it's the 6th icon from the right on the bottom row of icons.
