To make it easy for you:

Here's my review of Roy Dean's BJJ Blue Belt Requirements DVD:
DVD Review-BJJ Blue Belt Requirements - Urban wilderness survival, Martial arts training, Medicinal plant, Human nutrition, Sacred herbalism, Weight lifting woman, Womens health, Creative writing - DirtTime.org!

It has lots of links and tells you where to get it.

Here's a link to Matt's DVD:
SBGi - Straight Blast Gym International

Also you can download a really great interview I did with Matt right here:
Matt Thornton… Still Flying the ALIVENESS Banner! - Urban wilderness survival, Martial arts training, Medicinal plant, Human nutrition, Sacred herbalism, Weight lifting woman, Womens health, Creative writing - DirtTime.org!

And Josh Barnett's is here:
Budovideos.com - Josh Barnett's Catch Wrestling DVD 1: Punishing Rides

Oh and you need training partners. Real ones.

I've always thought Masakazu Imanari's instructionals were rather interesting if you like leg locks.

You said "anyone" and "ANY"... Now, get your cursor off the "GROAN" function and take a look at his STUFF. You see, I don't really give a crap what folks call it. Hayastan, Sambo, Judo, Jujutsu, "BRAZILLIAN" blah, blah, blah.

Maybe Gokor is a little too commercial for you? Maybe he beat up one of your MMA idols? I don't know what, if anything, you might have against the man but spare me your groaning Ghost man. This guy knows his "stuff"...
