    And thanks for the complements, I usually just lurk and read posts, but there is so much inactivity on Defend.net lately, I feel compelled to contribute or at least try. I miss Boarspear..................

    LOL, not many people have the cajones to videotape themselves training much less post it for the world to see. It's a quite humbling experience to see yourself performing techniques on video, quite often you are nowhere near as good as you think you are.
