I don't get bored often, with a wife, daughter, job, working out, cooking, etc., but when I find that elusive 1 or 2 minutes when I can safely shut my eyes and just be, I try to just be... and chill.
Some people call it meditation. Whatever. Maybe sleep. If you're restless, work on a striking combo, a hand-foot something, or Heaven fobid: a kata... I love Kata. Hee Hee. David p.s. you could read something of no educational value at all. |

I can't remember the last time I was bored.
But I always have things to do. I like to read books on martial arts and practice. I also hang out with my girlfriend. and play on the computer and I love video games. I also live on the beach so it can be good to go out even when it's raining. I used to love in the rain until I tore my hamstring.

I get bored easily too...like now at work! Everyone around me seems to be panicking over one thing or another. I'm just chillin with a coffee!
When I'm not working, I like to train and read in martial arts, go to the gym, play on my PC or watch TV. I also like a drink now and then down the pub. Steven |

I am hardly bored as well. I think when you find the cause of your bordem or just observe it, you'll eventually be able to put a end to it. Pursue the boredom. Or you can also just find something to do, anything to keep you from boredom.
