What's really cool is when the lady is sweating and working hard.

I've had girls come up and ask to work in on a piece of equipment and then spend the entire time chatting with other folks.

Needless to say I don't appreciate someone who 'dresses up' to go work out.

That's why you should be an ass and not let people work-in with you. I actually had a guy do that to me, though I politely made him aware of holding me up and that he needed to move aside. People are funny like that.

If the guy in question is allready sweaty, looks mean and is by himself he'll probably get started right away and be ready to spot you in exchange. If he's wearing expensive threads and needs his friends for moral support, you might want to re-consider

You are correct. I jump in with people and let people jump in with me, it is something that has to be done in the gym. I am more open to people I have seen a few times and I know that their idea of working out is actually working out. Its just a pain when people dick around when your trying to accomlish something.

Bendy? I dunno. I think it more has to do with putting one's hips in it with good stamina and sweeping to the mount from the guard...
