Question: How do you cook lizard sushi?

Well douche, cooking would sort of make it cooked and not sushi, now wouldn't it? I mean, sure, you have to cook unagi and anago, so I suppose you could cook lizards and call them sushi. Snake done this way is pretty good actually. But it probably depends on what sort of lizard we are talking about. Monitor lizards? Gila monsters might be rather nasty because of their toxins. You wouldn't get much meat off a gecko or side-blotch lizard. Perhaps iguana. But don't start telling me about crocs, gators, caymen and the like. As I'm sure you are well aware Reptilia is a paraphylletic group. The crocodilians are more closely related to birds (and hence tastier) than they are to lizards and snakes. In fact, they really are totally different types of animals, the lizards having not evolved until relatively recently, and the crocodillians being an ancient lineage. Turtles, again, are totally different from either lizards/snakes and the crocodillians. They are, however, tasty. As sushi, however, I don't know. They tend to have lots of Salmonella and the like. And while having bloody craps for a week is a lot better than a hookworm or something that you might get from fish, well, still, you're crapping blood and that sucks. Not to mention it makes your ass feel like you're the victim of a prison gang rape. But really Won Slung Douchebag, the
