Anyone like outdoors stuff? - Page 2

The biggest whitetail I have shot had a 22-1/2" inside spread. The biggest axis I have shot was like 38" beams if I remember correctly. The biggest black buck I shot was a 3-1/2 turn with 20" horns. Mostly now I whitetail hunt and mostly shoot does just to keep up with our management requirements.

I don't hunt. I don't have an ATV. I love camping and hiking. I'd like to get into rock climbing and/or mountain biking. I'm also wanting to try whitewater rafting. Ummm....I ski (going to Vail on Jan. 4th)....does that count?

I guess any kind of outdoor stuff counts. I like to go camping and hiking as well. Have done a little rock climbing in the past as well. Been whitewater rafting and that is pretty fun as well would love to do it again.

The thing about the deer though is we are trying to get a management thing started on my property and we have to kill a certain number of does every year. Right now the biologist told us we are suppose to kill like 60 does this year I think. He told us 30 at bare minimum. That's alot of deer!!!!

You can have one of the wolf packs they reintroduced into the Sawtooths up here.

I wanna go out...stalk somthing...kill it...skin it...and grill it. I have never been hunting but I love being outdoors. In fact I need to get out a little bit more. My stepfather has a few guns and he would like to go hunting but my mom won't allow the guns in the house so he keeps them at his brothers in New Mexico. I actually would like to try bow. The biggest thing I ever killed was a cat. I was young and I made a trap for the sucker. The trap was especially designed by the looney tunes and wasn't supposed to kill him. Now that I think about it I wonder what cat tastes like...or even dog. I heard dog is a lot like venision. hmmm

Oh man, deer sausage for breakfast, in jumbalaya. Good stuff, but not forever otherwise I'll get fatty and slow.
