Update on my progress so far;

I watched the first video and started falling asleep during the introductory titles. Not boring, mind you, I'm just a fast reader and after staring at the the same words on the screen for what seemed an eternity I started to nod off. Of course, I haven't been sleeping very well lately and I could have just been very tired or "susceptible".

Started nodding off during the meditation - but meditation sometimes does that to me.

Was watching the guys on the beach and fell asleep again. My son found me with my face on the computer keyboard. I have an interesting pattern of little square marks on my upper right cheek now which I'm sure I'll have to explain to everyone I see today...

My son believes I fell asleep because of watching the guys yelling on the video too closely, concentrating too intently on them.

Interesting theory; does Yellow Bamboo work by video? Can I email a vidclip of me yelling into the camera and knock out the recipient? Extensive testing may be required. More to come...
