Well, I followed the link and there was an offer to email me the video, not the ability to download it. Please have the video made available for download. This no-risk, no-exposure, free introduction to the Yellow Bamboo may be just the thing to convert many skeptics, and the world can certainly use more people who are centered, self-actualized, healers!

I'm skeptical, but I'm not sarcastic. I really am curious about the validity of their claims and will approach it impartially and open-mindedly. Either way, I'll report my findings back to the forum.

The post says one can "download" the video for free but when you go to their website they want your email address in order to do so, and I'm not about to give out my email address so readily, I get enough junk as it is!

i actually did it a while ago
and it's funny...like all of the main guys helper guys...run at a person..the person sticks out their hands and yells really loudly..then people running fall down...that's about it
and whats funny..is you can totally tell that they guys that are falling down are faking it...nobody falls down like that...check it out
but what i've said is all that happens

I don't want to see the demo video, (I've already seen that). I want the training video. I want to train hard and attain level 1, just like the offer quoted above promises. I'm taking them up on it and I'm ready to believe!

these guys puzzle me as to what they do, are they some kind of dragon ball z practitioners or are they some sort of falun dafa? They have no real motives and have no real bread and butter teachings for a fake cult(atleast make somthing up for the people to believe in!) Obviously a scam would work on little children and poor peasants.
I have questions about this yellow banana thing:
1.What the fak is the go?
2.if you have to go on a rice/water diet, why are the people fat?
3.why does the 12th dan caucasian master look bored whilst the locals are going skitz?
4.Why do you have to do this to poor balinese peasants?
5.What does yellow bamboo stand for?
6.What is the science behind your art?
7.Is it suppose to make you hungry after watching it?
8.Is it a comedy?
9.Nice shirt?

Can someone give me a comical anwser for these questions?

I ran into these videos about a year ago and it has become the "inside joke" at our gym. Notice how the guys fall down before the guy shoots his "chi" or whatever. I couldn;t help myself when I saw this thread title. I was hoping you weren't serious.

Now, being the open minded person that I am - if one of these practitioners could make it work on ME than I would be the first to sign up.

Update on my progress so far;

I watched the first video and started falling asleep during the introductory titles. Not boring, mind you, I'm just a fast reader and after staring at the the same words on the screen for what seemed an eternity I started to nod off. Of course, I haven't been sleeping very well lately and I could have just been very tired or "susceptible".

Started nodding off during the meditation - but meditation sometimes does that to me.

Was watching the guys on the beach and fell asleep again. My son found me with my face on the computer keyboard. I have an interesting pattern of little square marks on my upper right cheek now which I'm sure I'll have to explain to everyone I see today...

My son believes I fell asleep because of watching the guys yelling on the video too closely, concentrating too intently on them.

Interesting theory; does Yellow Bamboo work by video? Can I email a vidclip of me yelling into the camera and knock out the recipient? Extensive testing may be required. More to come...
