![]() ![]() ![]() | Run your store out of his dojo.. this way you dont have to have a storefront, there isnt two rents to pay etc... While you are developing your new and improved products you dont need to be paying for wasted space, hydro, etc... If anything you make becomes successful than consider expanding.

About 3/4 of the entire area is for students, training equipment, and a small store front for sparring gear. The other quarter section is a small wood shop like area for me to design training and conditioning devices. It has been working out well so far. Wish me luck!
