Full sized boxing/kickboxing ring... about ten heavy punching bags... ten full length heavy bags.. (all the way to the floor for low thai kicks)... a big open space for the boxing/kickboxing class... a few speedbags... a round timer... boxes full of gloves/focus mitts...

in the matted room... dont know what kind of padding it is.. .although I'd guess about 2 inches thick and .. I wouldnt say its hard.. but...if you were to step on it or lie down theres no compression in it...

and thats basically it in that room... oh a cd player and round timer I guess...

boxing and kickboxing in the room with the ring...

mma in the matted floor room,

Jiu jitsu/wrestling in the matted floor room as well...

hope that helps.

I think we have a pretty nice set up here...

http://www.battlegroundtrainingcenter.net/boxing.html

http://www.battlegroundtrainingcenter.com/boxing.htm

We have a large (30' x 72') matted grappling area behind the black wall that's behind the boxing ring. Also a speed bag wall and stretch out area.

Many sets of Fairtex Thai pads, Kick shields, and focus mits. Rattan sticks (with skin), dummy blades, head gear, belly pads, Double end bags, free weights, dumbell racks, weight machines, Concept 2 rowing machine, treadmill, stationary cycles, jump ropes, step boxes, medicine balls, stability balls, and red guns. THere is a wooden dummy also but only a few of us know how to use and it's not really taught here (unless it's private instruction).

The .net is the new site (still under construction). The .com is the old site. We will be adding more current pics of new equipment, the new instructors with bios, training and fighting pics, and recent fight results.
