Default looking for a "free" billing program??

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

(it's not that I'm cheap....just all thumbs when it comes to pc/business skillz)

CCBill and Paypal are usually the easiest when it comes to making online payments for products and services. That's my first suggestion. I think half of the members here have a paypal account also.
