Default Thinking about opening a part time school-Input requested

Hello, I am thinking about giving teaching a try. I am thinking about sub-leasing space. If I am successful, I would probably move up to leasing an actual school. I would probably start with one on one personal training, and market a crash course in fighting, in 4 or 8 hour programs. The only place that I've been able to find that's willing to go for this is a gymnastics school, but my schedule would be very limited.

Has anyone ever done something like this, and if so, do you have any suggestions on locations or experiences?

Thanks

Look into some community centers and recreation centers as well.

could talk to the city manager and chamber of commerce. They may have buildings that they would rent for little or no money. They city may have a development coorperation that , there job is to bring in new business and they may have a list of whare houses and empty buildings.
