Default anyone have a yoga or cardio kickbox program?

i'm looking to fill up my 'dead time' which happens to be mornings... and i figured a yoga or cardio kickbox would be great... so....

how did you find your instructor(s)?
what kind of payment and agreement do you have with them?
what other things do i need to know about bringing one in?

thanks!
