Default Equipment

I am just wondering if you guys have any issues with sourcing equipment and what type of equipment do you use? The reason why I ask is that having been involved in martial arts for a number of yearsn and I know sometimes it can be a real nightmare getting hold of equipment, especially customisations for uniforms.

Hi,

yeah I'm kinda having an issue with getting customized patches made. My personal logo means alot and represents a personal belief in MA that I have, but trying to find a company that will make them based on my view and logo is proven difficult.

As far as equipment is concerned: Depending on what kind of equipment you need, I basically only have a handful of hand pads, 2 punching bags and safety gear. You dont really need a whole lot of equipment to teach self defense or whatever it may be that your teaching, but yeah It can be a nightmare getting equipment and uniforms. Especially when your a small school.

Hi Mike,

I understand where you are coming from. Most companies have a min order of 100 pieces. If they do have a smaller order quantity you will be often be put at the bottom of the list. If you are having really problems finding someone to do your stuff please let me know and I will be able to point you in the direction of some people who can help you.

Thanks,

John

Hey John,

Yeah I know what your saying,

But yeah just out of curiosity would you know where I can find a company that would make a custome made logo? lol for not too expensive prices?

Right now I'm dealing with AWMA, it's not bad, but I dont think they know how to do it. Also you mentioned you know of companies that deal with customized uniforms?

Thanks for the help,

Mike

Hey John,

That's one of my problems. lol my scanner is down and I only have the logo design on paper locked away in a storage. Only way I can get it sent to people is by mail. Not that I have a problem doing it that way or that I dont get any business help by doing it that way, I guess you can say by doing it via e-mail would be faster, but right now I'm stuck with good ol fashion mailing.

I could mail you a sample?

thanks,

Mike
