How often do you evaluate / reevaluate your instructors or junior instructors? Are they allowed to teach new material to colored ranks, or just run the structure of a class without teaching?
Interpretations and personal style allow for inconsistencies in the finished product. Do you allow students to modify techniques for their body style or inabilities?
